Dr. M.S Joseph Antony Jacob, SJ is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Social work at Loyola College, Chennai. He also serves as an Approved PhD Guide for Social Work/Social Sciences by the University of Madras, where he is currently guiding four students. He obtained his Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Medical and Psychiatry from Loyola College, Chennai in 2004 and he defended the research for his PhD at Madras School of Social Work, Chennai in 2014. In addition to instructing students, Dr. M.S Joseph Antony Jacob, SJ serves as a Planning Board Member for Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai, a sub-committee member for Affirmative Action within the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) in Chennai, and Editor -in- Chief for the Myanmar Journal of Leadership and Management. Dr. M.S Joseph Antony Jacob, SJ is recognized as an exponential researcher and author in humanities and social sciences. He has published books and made numerous paper presentations on Indian higher education, community colleges in India and abroad, and social causes.
